JCI Bandora Marcaim organized a self-defense class for their student girl. Advocate Ms Alfiya was invited by Mission Nirbhaya member and certified Taekwondo coach to the event. The girls were enthusiastic and eager to learn how protection works in hostile situations. But how would they know how to defend themselves? MMA

One of the most effective combat sports for female self defense is Mixed Martial Arts. Mixed Martial arts combines techniques from a variety of martial arts and combat activities, including grappling. Joint locks are also included. Submission moves are also available.
